Esther is a Certified Public Secretary. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK).
She has over five (5) years’ experience in company secretarial matters including: corporate governance statutory compliance, Incorporation of limited liability partnerships, companies, societies and non -governmental organizations under the Companies Act 2015, winding up of companies, companies restructuring, board advisory and evaluation.
Esther is a Certified Secretary CS(K) having completed section VI.
